WORK HISTORY
Program Director, Stations and Strategic Initiatives @City of Toronto
Toronto, ON, CA
I provide leadership in the City of Toronto\'s participation in long-term, multi-billion dollar transit network expansion initiatives with a focus on developing and directing interdivisional, interdisciplinary, and interagency teams to expedite capital works delivery, while safeguarding the City assets and addressing political, community, business, and other stakeholder interests. My portfolio includes station planning and design, implementation of transit-oriented developments (TODs), and strategic initiatives associated with emerging transit projects within the City. Delivering this role requires focus on strategic priorities, facilitation of business process customization, strategic communication, adeptness in negotiation and conflict resolution, and tactical change management solutions in support of a results driven approach solidly founded on continuous learning and innovation. Current projects include station development and TOD partnerships for SmartTrack and the Metrolinx subway, LRT, and heavy rail corridors.
