ABOUT EDMUND MISSON
Edmund is a highly experienced and effective public sector leader, with a strong track record of delivering major national reforms, and internationally recognised expertise in approaches to improving teaching and school leadership. He has successfully negotiated major national agreements from both the Commonwealth and state sides. As a senior leader, and now Acting CEO, at the Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership, Edmund has worked closely with the Institute\'s Board to develop and implement organisational strategy. Along with policy development, he has led risk management, budgeting, project management and procurement. He develops high-performing teams, and motivates them to succeed. Edmund is accomplished at representing his organisation in a range of forums, from large conference keynotes, to one-on-one briefings for key stakeholders, to Senate Estimates hearings. He is often asked to present and conferences and seminars, in Australia and internationally. Edmund has a Masters Degree in Public Administration, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors\' Company Directors Course.
