   In my current position, I am tasked with developing and implementing strategic repositioning, restructuring staff and equipment for multiple locations, and overseeing the allocation of budget and resources to meet the needs of consumers. I compile sales, inventory and trend data to create forecasting, and utilize this to ensure the organization runs smoothly. My daily tasks include monitoring operational activities, enforcing policies and procedures, and evaluating employee performances. I provide full leadership and direction for 11 stores, 3 warehouses and a fleet of vehicles. It is my responsibility to coordinate delivery routes with store and warehouse leadership, identifying areas to cut costs and improve productivity. I manage multiple departments consisting of full-time employees and third-party contractors. Additionally, I coordinate efforts with department managers to utilize optimum time management techniques. I have conducted extensive research on the maintenance of equipment, and was able to identify multiple inefficiencies that I corrected through the negotiations of more profitable contracts. I successfully save the company over in annual expenses. I also created and implemented a program to track all maintenance and repairs, establishing an authorization system to monitor expenses and justify discrepancies in billing. To increase productivity and decrease staffing hours, I changed warehouse employee job descriptions to specify tasks and created parameters to allocate resources without requiring new positions.
