Set up and maintain hardware/software including, routers, servers, mobile devices, networks, switches, workstations, security, cloud keys, printers, passwords, LAN, WAN, and wireless access point-Supported Windows 7, Windows 10 imaging POS servers and workstations OS installation and repairs-Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect-Maintain data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity -Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems-Inspect equipment and read order sheets to prepare for deployment to users-Troubleshooting network connectivity from desktop and laptop computers for users on windows 7 and windows 10 enterprise machines-Installed or advised installation of upgrades to prevent malfunctioning-Configure, test, and problem solve servers/workstations with returned or repaired equipment-Assists and provide with software and remote configuration support for mobile apps, servers, and workstations-Receive incoming inventory and maintain accurate record of shipments-Create, process and distribute classified documents in accordance with established procedures and guidelines-Assisted with inventory control and management by cycle counting and organizing inventory to help increase productivity.
