Property transactions in England and Wales take 123 days on average. 30% fail entirely. The root cause isn\'t a lack of technology. It\'s that property data is fragmented, unstructured, and unverified. I\'m the lead architect of the Property Data Trust Framework (PDTF), the emerging open standard for structured, verified property data. The PDTF defines how property information should be represented, who made each claim, what evidence supports it, and who\'s authorised to see it. It\'s now adopted by Moverly, LMS, and a growing consortium of industry partners. At Moverly, I co-founded and lead the technology behind the UK\'s upfront property intelligence platform. We collect data from 15+ authoritative sources, run it through 37 risk categories and 323 automated checks, and deliver structured, provenance-tracked intelligence to agents, conveyancers, and lenders. Our partners include Connells Group (200+ branches) and LMS (the UK\'s largest conveyancing panel manager). Before Moverly, I founded FreeAgent in 2007 and served as CEO for over a decade, growing it from an Edinburgh startup to a publicly listed company serving small businesses, before its acquisition by NatWest Group.
