As the Project Manager, my primary responsibility is to oversee the successful execution of theSim4CAMSens project from inception to completion. Working closely with cross-functional teams,external partners, and stakeholders to ensure project goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets are meteffectively and efficiently. My secondary responsibility is to review, support and contribute to other projects periodically to ensure the overall success of Techworks.My Key Responsibilities are:1. Project Planning: Developing a comprehensive project plan, including agreeing project scope,objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements. Create and maintain a detailed projectschedule, identifying critical milestones and dependencies.2. Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with project partners, collaborators, andexternal stakeholders.3. Team Leadership: Assemble and lead a multidisciplinary project team, agreeing roles andresponsibilities, providing guidance, and motivating team members to achieve project objectives.4. Budget and Resource Management: Manage the project budget, tracking expenses and ensuringutilization of resources according to approved project spend profiles. Identify resource gaps orbottlenecks.5. Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies through the projectrisk register. Proactively monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.6. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with Innovate UK funding requirements,including reporting on project progress, financials, and milestones. Quality Assurance: Agree and manage robust quality assurance processes to ensure projectdeliverables meet the required standards and objectives. Establishing a Special Interest Group: To coordinate and drive a UK ecosystem in the area ofmodelling, simulation and testing of Connected and Automated Vehicles.
