Improve processes and increase efficiencies by creating content for training modules for bankruptcy area, updating multiple procedures for bankruptcy default, utilizing database and SharePoint to track workflow, and conducting series of tests on an application to create bankruptcy documents and affiant instrument automation tool to ensure application instrument tool enhancements and fixes as well as ensure efficient system integration. Review requirements with developer and business analyst and ensure requirements.
