Edouard advises European companies looking to go public on a U.S. equity capital market - sustainably. After 25 successful years in investor relations and capital markets for US-listed companies, Edouard founded to provide an expertise in very short supply in Europe. His advisory boutique builds bridges between private and public, Europe and the U.S, and vision and execution. In parallel to core \"public company readiness\", Edouard also advises VCs on exit readiness and public companies on IR strategies.Edouard\'s background includes helping tech companies scale, transform and succeed in the global market, building on expertise in late-stage finance transformation, private and public fundraising and U.S. capital markets. His clients and stakeholders value Edouard\'s strategic thinking, dedication and ability to navigate complex situations.His key skills include strategy, investor relations, capital markets, corporate finance, corporate controlling, FP & A, strategic communications, governance and leadership. Currently based in Paris, he has worked in the U.S, Japan, Mexico, Morocco and South Africa. Edouard is a founding member of the Atlantic Collective, a member of the Nasdaq Center for Board Excellence and of Board Project. He’s also an active member of the French-American Foundation.An MBA graduate from ESSEC Business School, Edouard holds certifications in Psychology and Negotiation Strategies from Yale University and in Organizational Theories from Stanford University. He\'s fluent in English and French, and proficient in Spanish. Outside of work, he is an avid reader, enjoys spending time with his kids, playing and listening to music, skiing and boxing.
