Assist with capacity planning, continuous improvement metrics and management, and interact with advanced operations and technical equipment support engineers. • Responsible that all procedures and policies are enforced • Ensure that best practices are adhered to in areas of power, cooling, labeling, data cabling. • Plan and manage new customer installs • Accountable for all interconnection services including installation, restoration, and maintenance • Coordinate all vendor activity • Responsible for the installation and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, security and fire systems • Manage and track capacity • Participate in the change management process • Lead regular facilities audits • Manage to established performance metrics • Maintain detailed and up to date site documentation • Give pre-sales tours and assist with solutions designs • Coordinate shipping and receiving tasks
