   I founded Benefit Alternatives, Inc. over 30 years ago to serve employers and employees who are subject to a myriad of complex tax laws surrounding their cafeteria plans and retirement plans. My goal was to simplify their lives and the lives of their brokers in every aspect of our financial services administration business. In meeting our goals, we work hard as a team every day to do these things exceptionally well: Represent distinctively. Communicate frequently. Support collaboratively. Answer skillfully. Educate simply. Respond creatively. Deliver timely. Serve personally. Innovate frequently.We work hard and we have a lot of fun delivering on our commitments and core philosophies. We remind ourselves our customers have a choice and we are fortunate to be that choice. The majority of our customers and brokers have been with us since our inception and we’re grateful.
