Provide portfolio budgets for all utilities for the company, and track forecast through the year. • Manage utilities payments process to service providers • Work with plants to drive energy efficiency projects, from scope development to project implementation. • Identify new opportunities for economic development, grants and tax incentives. • Manage demand response programs and supply/procurement contracts. • Measure and track performance KPIs for plant’s processes against sustainability goals. • Facilitate automated invoicing for energy/payment handling through third-party provider for all utilities (electric, gas, steam, water and waste materials through the process). • Develop and manage contractor relationships to support plants’ needs.
