I am honored to have been selected for the Breonna Taylor Legacy Fellowship, where I will work under the mentorship of Judge Shelley Santry and Professor Lauren North. My fellowship will involve conducting legal research on alternatives to incarceration for child support non-compliance, with the goal of developing a research proposal that addresses the challenges faced by low-income parents when child support payments are disrupted. I will also gain practical experience by observing Judge Santry\'s courtroom proceedings.
