I\'m passionate about teaching and helping people with Dynamics F&O, because my journey with the software has been such an eye-opening growth experience. It\'s a joy to deliver solutions that are elegant and fit for purpose, and to improve users\' experience through compassionate education.I thrive in roles in which I balance the needs of many stakeholders. I am obsessed with finding easier and more efficient ways to do things: macros and automation for planning software, Lean/CI activities on the shop floor. I\'m no stranger to fast pace and pressure and I have modified and deployed software at a moment\'s notice. I learn systems quickly, have a concise and persuasive communication style, and lead accountability discussions with compassion and tact.
