   NYCDEP | Miscellaneous Projects at Coney Island WRRF CM | Brooklyn, NYJob order contracts (JOCs) throughout the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP) network of wastewater resource recovery facilities (WRRFs) pump stations, and other facilities, in support of capital projects including combined sewage overflow (CSO) storage and in-stream aeration. Examples of JOCs included piping repairs, pump installations, roof repairs, and manhole cover replacements. Providing engineering and administrative services in support of JOCs at Coney Island WRRF, in Brooklyn, and acting as a liaison between the contractor and the NYCDEP. CM services include the job order initiation process and issuing job orders following client approval of assignments. Coordinating with contractors regarding work schedules, assigning inspectors to active jobs, review of contractor payments, and payment approvals. Review of Supplemental job orders (change orders), and subcontractor approval requests. Track and collect all necessary closeout documents such as final inspection reports for sign-off, and maintaining job order closeout logs.
