About Edie Moyers
When I was a freshman in college, a general education requirement sparked my interest in advertising, and I haven’t looked back since. Before my sophomore year, I applied for a marketing position because I was eager to gain hands-on experience in the field. That opportunity became my first step into the world of marketing - editing videos, creating graphics, and developing a company’s identity. After my junior year, a spontaneous application opened the door to my first corporate marketing internship at Butterball, LLC. Joining a well known brand and a sought after opportunity was a milestone moment, solidifying my passion for crafting strategies that connect people and ideas. Fast forward to today, I am a Marketing Associate at SAS, a leading data and analytics company. As a member of the Marketing Associates Program, I currently reside on the North Americas Campaign Management team, accelerating metrics, bolstering SAS solutions, planning campaigns, and creating successful events. I look forward to spending these 8 months supporting SAS\'s local, federal, and global public sector marketing needs and I cannot wait to gain continual expertise in my upcoming rotations.Beyond life at SAS, I am a proud Tar Heel, I am a regular at CorePower Yoga, and my favorite food is ice cream. I like to think my love for hot yoga combats my love for sweet treats. But even stronger than my love for ice cream and yoga is my passion for branding, creating emotion-filled stories that connect us to brands.
