I have extensive HR generalist and management experience in both non-profit and for-profit organizations in healthcare, human services and commercial real estate with multi-state employees. I have worked for organizations 120 – 600+ employees and have HR start-up experience both in managing an HR staff and as a single-person HR department.During my career, I have acquired skills in all phases of human resources as both a practioner and a member of the leadership team. I have collaborated with Senior Management on both strategic and tactical employee matters, including mergers and acquisitions. I have had success launching programs to improve employee morale. I have also created, implemented and ensured compliance for all company policies and procedures including the creation and implementation of introductory and annual performance programs. In addition to these experiences, I also possess experience in annual budgets, payroll, training, benefits management, worker’s compensation claims, unemployment insurance and 401(k) and 403(b) plan administration.
