ABOUT EDIDIONG OBOT

I am a senior policy and strategy leader who advises institutions operating in complex regulatory, stakeholder, and public accountability environments. My work centers on institutional governance, executive decision systems, and risk-aware strategy across energy, infrastructure, and international engagement.I support leadership teams across public, private, and development institutions in translating policy dynamics, community realities, and geopolitical considerations into governance-relevant insight for decision-making. I am known for judgment, discretion, and the ability to synthesize diverse inputs into clear strategic guidance at the executive level.Currently, I serve as a Senior Lead Managing Consultant at Ramboll, supporting Fortune 500 companies and public-sector clients navigating energy transition, infrastructure development, environmental justice compliance, and regulatory strategy. My work positions stakeholder and community engagement as a decision input rather than a communications exercise, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities, regulatory obligations, and long-term risk management. In parallel, I lead E.CHRYS, an executive advisory practice focused on institutional strategy, U.S.–Africa partnerships, and diaspora-informed engagement. Through this work, I advise organizations operating in cross-border and policy-adjacent environments where governance credibility, public trust, and strategic clarity are essential.I am completing my Doctor of Law and Policy at Northeastern University (expected June 2026), where my research examines durable engagement pathways in diaspora diplomacy and U.S.–Africa policy, with particular relevance to infrastructure and development partnerships.I also convene and moderate executive-level conversations on governance, institutional accountability, and cross-border engagement, supporting leaders in navigating complexity with clarity and confidence.I am open to senior executive, advisory, and board roles where institutional strategy, governance relevance, and leadership judgment are central to the mandate.Based in Houston. Working globally.
