As the Regional Rigging Services Manager, I oversee all rigging operations across a portfolio of hotel venues and Convention Centers in the Western United States, supporting large-scale conferences, corporate events, and live productions. My role combines technical rigging expertise with project management, operational leadership, and labor optimization.I review and approve rigging plots and CAD drawings, conduct detailed load calculations for every event, I ensure structural safety through engineering reviews, and annual inspections of permanent point installations. I manage all updates to rigging infrastructure and coordinate the installation and layout of point grids. I also recruit, and lead a team of On-Call riggers, reducing third-party labor dependency and improving profitability.By scheduling and supervising crews across multiple properties, I ensure timely, compliant, and efficient rigging services that meet the highest standards of event production. This role supports the seamless execution of events through precision, planning, and a deep understanding of rigging logistics, structural engineering principles, and AV integration.
