My position at Flair as a TSE is that of a focal point for the LEAP-1B and CFM 56-7B engines in the fleet. This position covers a variety of tasks and involves but is not limited to:• Fleet campaigns and writing procedures / generating technical instructions• Managing MRO shop visits, including workscoping and invoice / TAT analysis• Actively monitoring engine and APU health – FMX and Boeing AHM• Assisting MCC with troubleshooting AOGs and providing technical input• Creating and managing engineering orders for repairs and modifcations• Reviewing OEM / Aviation Authority documents and tracking in MRO system• Monitoring customer notification reports (CNRs) and creating actions• Part applicability research and setup• Aircraft engine configuration management• Fleet reliability support
