   Scottsdale Investment Management (SIM) is a Scottsdale, Arizona based real estate investment company specializing in the acquisition of value-added income producing real estate, as well as strategically located investment land projects in the western United States and Canada. Originally founded in 1978 as Grant-Jestadt-Grant, SIM has evolved and prospered because the Founding Partners have a common interest in real estate, are committed to their investors, and share common civic and charitable interests. Our history and demonstrated ability to persevere throughout the cyclical nature of real estate makes us unique, and we take pride in knowing that we\'ve maintained the respect and support of each other and our investors during these times. SIM demonstrates the value of good business ethics, and has a strong track record of delivering beyond our investor’s expectations. Accordingly, many of our investors have been with us for multiple decades. SIM envisions future opportunities for profits will be focused around a few primary types of asset categories: single-tenant (or minimal tenants) buildings; strategically-located investment-grade land; and build-to-rent residential projects. SIM believes these asset categories represent the best opportunities given SIM’s experience and existing infrastructure.
