Planned and executed the cutover with a team of approximately 30 members, coordinating 50 tasks to successful completion. Conducted lessons learned to complete the project closeout report, which included analyzing discrepancies between budgeted and actual expenditures.Managed the migration of a data warehouse from Oracle to MS SQL Server, overseeing time and cost tracking, budget forecasting, submitting change requests for rescheduling, and securing additional funding. The project involved transferring large-scale data while ensuring data integrity and minimizing downtime, all within an Agile framework using ADO dashboards, weekly reports. and burndown charts for tracking progress. It also included the seamless integration of multiple data sources, including MongoDB, SQL databases, and Oracle, via Azure Data Factory pipelines. Coordinated SIT and UAT testing, ensuring all documentation and evidence were captured in MS Azure DevOps (ADO).Creates and presents comprehensive project plans in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders to define the project scope, objectives, and success criteria for a $1.3M project aimed at migrating data from approximately 20 systems. Develops and delivers comprehensive project documentation including timelines, internal SOWs, kickoff decks, third party onboarding decks and deliverables in ADO as Epics, Features and User Stories.
