My responsibilities include complete all flag requests, flag changes, flag removals and implement protocol changes. I maintain and update all flag forms with the collaboration of the fraud investigative manager and protocol manager. I also assisted in creation of the standard operations manual for the flag analyst position.I work closely with fraud investigation managers and investigators to ensure that flags and protocol changes are implemented timely and correctly. I recently started to assist the SIU intake team to pre-screen incoming referrals to determine whether those referrals warrant opening an investigation.Created and presented a Unit Training on SIU Flagging. Presented a training on International Flags to the International SIU Team
