1. Community Ambassador & Civic Research Coordinator

   Facilitate community-based research, engagement, and data strategy projects that advance cradle-to-career goals, amplify resident voices in decision-making, and inform policy and program design.Key initiatives include:Directing the Choice Neighborhood Initiative (CNI) Community Ambassador Program by recruiting, training, and supervising a team of 7 Ambassadors who lead resident engagement in CNI planning efforts. I coordinate their participation in task forces, working groups, and public meetings, manage communications and stipends, and ensure alignment with PCC’s broader cradle-to-career initiatives.Advancing the next phase of PCC’s Cradle-to-Career Dashboard by supporting the development of employment benchmarks to better measure thriving-wage jobs for Poughkeepsie youth. Additionally, I contribute to the design and facilitation of public data walks and community engagement sessions to gather and integrate community-generated quantitative and qualitative data, partnering with workforce, education, and technical stakeholders to update the dashboard and support socioeconomic mobility efforts.
