Using my clinical knowledge and expertise to conduct thorough assessments and examinations via telephone, video call, or face-to-face for claimants in relation to a variety of benefits and provide a report to DWP. Assessments focus on how disability/condition/illness impact claimant\'s functional ability on daily activities in a respectful, non-biased and reassuring manner.My roles involves but not limited to the following; Analyse information critically to create accurate and concise reports. Interpret clinical information and evidence. Maintain professional standards in written communication and adherence to code of conduct. Provide positive experiences for claimants and colleagues, meeting quality and productivity targets.
