I am seasoned, fully bilingual, clinical psychologist by training, who has served in senior management and principal consulting capacities at the intersection of behavioral & public health, early intervention for children & families, pediatric substance abuse, runaway adolescent & young adult homelessness, positive youth development efforts, and vulnerable population initiatives. My achievements include:• The start-up and ramp-up implementation of the first Pay for Success Social Impact Bond program in the United States, utilizing an evidence-based service provision model on Rikers Island and in community reentry with justice-involved 16-18 year olds.• The start-up and ramp-up implementation of 7 new Early Intervention Programs including Large Center-Based, Facility-Based, and Home-Based services.• The start-up and ramp-up implementation of the first NYC Community School Initiative for a failing high school of over students that resulted in a Good Standing classification and first Article 31 Mental Health Clinic inside a large urban high school.• I also established and incorporated a Start-up Company to provide senior health services in Puerto Rico.In addition, I have expertise in research design, multivariate statistical analyses, strategic planning, program evaluation, due diligence assessments, valuation, and policy development, program evaluation, fiscal audits, budget controls/cost reduction, start-up companies, staff development, board development, human resources, downsizing, policy development, quality assurance/regulatory standards compliance, and problem resolution.I also have multi-faceted experience monitoring clinical trial activities for multiple clinical research organizations.
