I have 17+ years of personal training experience across a wide array of fitness disciplines. The majority of my clients are longstanding relationships (an average of 30 sessions a week, with a diverse group of clients). I provide both in-person and virtual training sessions with my clients. I have been training in New York, NY, since 2003 and have relocated to Plattsburgh, NY, as of December 2020. I\'m a general fitness enthusiast, with strong personal interests in boxing (competed as amateur boxing in NYC area for 5 years), competitive dodgeball (involved in several NYC-based leagues), marathons and half-marathons, Spartan and Tough Mudder and other mud run competitions.
