My name is Edgar Lozada, Jr. and I have over 20 years experience in the mortgage business in Central Florida. I am experienced with FHA, VA, USDA and Conventional loans. I work with a full range of borrowers, however I especially enjoy working with first time homebuyers because I strive to make sure they are comfortable with their new home purchase and fully understand the mortgage transactions. Purchasing a home or refinancing your existing home can be very exciting and a bit stressful.
