About Edgar Barua
With over 10 years of managerial experience in operations, supply, and customer relations, I am the Vice President of Provider Relations at American Logistics, a leading company that provides quality transportation solutions ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. I have a strong military background as a US Marine Corps veteran, and I am currently pursuing my second Executive MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.In my role, I lead a team of professionals who manage relationships with more than transportation providers across the country. We collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver optimal service and satisfaction to our customers and providers. We also leverage data and analytics to identify and implement improvement opportunities and best practices.
