Legacy Construction Cleaning & Janitorial Services has built a reputation in the Denver area for being the cleaning services company that keeps its promises. My wife Yolanda co-founded the company under its current name in 2008. It was started by her grandfather in 1996 under the name of John and Sons Cleaning, and we hope someday that our children carry on the legacy of this business.We believe that being reliable, detailed, friendly and affordable is the secret to running a successful construction cleaning and janitorial service business. Not every company can live up to these standards, but we’ve found a way to do it.We’ve completed over cleaning projects, ranging from small 500 sq. ft. up to sq.ft. including Denver’s Downtown Hyatt Hotel with 361 rooms. JANITORIAL SERVICESWe have experience cleaning retail spaces, offices, churches, historical buildings, bars, hotels, dispensaries, and more.Among the areas we clean are floors, entrances, kitchens, breakrooms, windows, desks, table tops, bathrooms, and common areas.
