As the Assistant Camp Director for Camp RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Award), I have been engaged in coordinating and developing the Camp and Leadership Program for the yearly event that takes place every summer in Boulder Creek, CA. Camp RYLA embraces the Rotary message of \"Service Above Self\" and empowers young adults to impact their communities both in a local and global perspective. For the past 14 years, I have been heavily involved in developing the program operations, activity workshops, and leadership modules. Camp RYLA is a rewarding opportunity for those students chosen to attend to learn more about leadership and how they can immediately impact their communities.
