More than 20 years of experience in the design and management of designs of cGMP facilities. Manage all aspects of design and teams. His specialty is managing complex, fast track design build projects, conceptual work, detailed design of HVAC/Plumbing/Fire Protection Systems, air systems and in critical utilities including central hot water, steam, chilled water, high purity water systems, and condenser water systems. Completed numerous projects relating to regulatory compliance addressing HVAC systems for manufacturing and warehousing operations, numerous projects relating to Biotech, Oral Solid Dosage, Sterile Production, Research and Development, Pilot Plants, Laboratories, Clean rooms, flavors/fragrance related work and central plant renovations. Extensive experience in implementing EPCMV and Design-Build Projects. Successfully operated as the design-builder on numerous fast track projects for Pharma and Biotech clients.
