   Stamping divisional lead - This role has helped me expand my area of influence supporting the Mexico stamping operations and building trust across the region. It has been refreshing to be able to utilize my bicultural and bilingual skill sets to push the NA ISBU division to excellence. In this journey, the US plants have gained consistent cost improvements in the areas of manpower management and increased scrap sales. The ISBU (Injection Stamping Business Unit) reporting provides simpler and more actionable decision making and we are redefining the strategy for our wholly owned subsidiaries.
