As Senior UX Designer and Research Lead, I help shape the RSPCA’s digital experience by focusing on accessibility, research-driven design, and continuous evolution.I’ve played a key role in rebranding the organisation’s digital real estate and co-designing Keystone, our in-house design system, which ensures consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across all digital products. I also drive design and strategy behind major fundraising appeals, creating seamless, emotionally resonant experiences that inspire action and support. I spearheaded the design and development of our children\'s website \'Next Gen\', which provides a safe and welcoming environment for kids to learn about animals.Alongside design, I lead user research to uncover insights, test new ideas, and guide data-informed UX decisions, ensuring every solution is inclusive, impactful, and rooted in real user needs.
