Goal: Passion to secure federal networks from cyber-threats foreign and domestic. Ideally I\'m in a consultative sales engineer role to the customer, building a relationship by leveraging my credibility and expertise to achieve an enterprise sale. Being a sales engineer is more just providing a one-way PowerPoint commercial of features and functions. People buy from people they like and trust. I\'m committed to the federal space, having spent the last fourteen years building hands-on domain knowledge on it across all fed territories. Specialties: Convincing the customer that what I have will actually solve their problems, instead of just burning through their budget or sitting on their shelf. I know what it\'s like to be the first federal sales role in a commercial company, and to help build that practice. Every sale feels good, but it\'s the long-haul, multi-million dollar enterprise deals that keep me up at night and drives me to do whatever it takes.
