Eden Goldman is the managing partner of the Seattle office of Burger, Meyer & D\'Angelo, LLP. Eden’s practice encompasses a wide variety of complex civil matters, primarily focusing on the defense of corporate entities, professionals, and individuals involved in personal injury litigation and construction-related transactions and litigation. Eden has extensive experience handling wrongful death and catastrophic bodily injury and property damage claims arising from motor vehicle and trucking accidents, as well as job site, product liability, and premises liability incidents. She also specializes in the defense of contractors, owners, and developers in construction defect disputes and contract negotiations. Eden has successfully defended clients before the Washington State Court of Appeals and Federal and State courts throughout Washington and California.Eden obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland (Go Terps!) and worked as a clerk at a boutique civil litigation firm in Seattle before attending law school. She earned her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and received Pro Bono Service Recognition for her work with the California Innocence Project and Public Counsel, the nation’s largest pro bono law firm. While in law school, Eden gained experience interning and clerking with several law firms and non-profit agencies, as a member of the Moot Court Associate Board, and as an Executive Editor of the International Law Journal.Eden was recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2024 and 2025.
