I’m a Production & Project Manager with an MFA from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts and 3+ years of experience leading multi-department teams through complex live productions, festivals, and community events. My background spans theatre, experiential design, and arts administration — bringing together creative vision and logistical precision to deliver projects that run smoothly, inclusively, and on budget.Recent roles include serving as Production Associate with the Arts Council of Winston-Salem & Forsyth County, coordinating operations across multiple venues, and Production Manager for the 1Love Music Festival, where I led large teams through design, installation, and performance execution. I also managed the logistics and budget for UNCSA’s delegation to the IAAPA Conference, coordinating travel and networking for students from four departments.I’m passionate about accessible, meaningful storytelling — creating environments where artists, audiences, and communities can connect through live performance. Whether collaborating with designers, managing budgets, or supporting guest artists, I bring clear communication, empathy, and organization to every project I take on.Currently open to freelance and full-time opportunities in production management, project coordination, and experiential/live event design.
