Work along with the college under our services to bring students to be able to get housing near the college.• Taking calls from prospects and helping them through the application and be able to respond to any questions about housing• Make sure to get the lease agreement, payments, guarantor, and keys and place it up and ready for the new student• Helping them through any maintenance request or roommate issues• Make sure I do health and quality control 3 times per month• I handle market visits to get more units to rent• Provide E1 and E2 letters for late payments and do evictions paperwork• Do move-ins, move-outs, talk to 3rd party companies for cleaning services, etc.• Travel to Daytona, Orlando area, and Miramar to handle my students currently I have 250 under me and a Region manager that I report to.• Send reports and have meetings about my area with corporate, making plans ahead to find an economic way to make a profit in my area.• Expand our services to other colleges and grow in Florida.
