As a tutor, I help students from around the USA become stronger writers by editing and proofreading their college essays. My main concerns are grammar, clarity, thesis, idea development, organizational structure, and citations. I provide suggestions through comments and in live chat or phone sessions. To date, I have edited over 150 essays. It is a pleasure to develop students writing and re-educate myself on basic writing principles, transforming both the student and I into stronger writers.
