Established a core team of qualified individuals to achieve API 4F Q1, 2C, 7K, ASME U and R stamp along with ISO 9001 Licenses to manufacture Drilling Rig Mast and Substructures, Drilling and Well Servicing Equipment and Offshore Pedestal Cranes • Formed a team of qualified engineers and designers which developed and patented, state of the art, quick move crane less drilling rig packages along with patent pending rig walking systems for the North American Shale play • Responsible for Global Sales, Service and Product Development for LRBU • Opened new Lean Manufacturing, sales, service and rig-up facility in Houston, TX for TSC Land Rig Business Unit • Oversee QHSE for the TSC/OGS Group of companies outside of China Operations Managed Engineering for the OGS product lines which include: Land Rig Group, Mud Pump Group, Pressure Pump Group, M&S Expendables and Research & Development • Responsible for Pemex ongoing Land Rig contract for (7) HP Land Rig upgrades including long term Service Contracts for Pemex Land Drilling • Created a full OEM product line for the Land Rig Group which included: Land Rig Packages 500 HP to HP, Closed Loop Mud Systems, Environmental Remediation Packages, Rig Walking Systems, Cuttings Reclamation Packages, Solids Control Equipment, H2S Mud Gas Separators’, Offshore Modular Workover packages and Offshore Plug and Abandonment Packages
