I earned technical certifications from IBM, HP, and Microsoft. I later worked at Heidrick & Struggles, Apple, Dell, FMC Technologies, and Accenture, where I deepened my understanding of what leaders need to succeed at every level.While watching the best lead the best, I became passionate about leadership development, so I pursued formal leadership education at Northwestern University and the Harvard Kennedy School. As an executive coach, I’ve been privileged to study under notable coaching pioneers Marshall Goldsmith and Marcia Reynolds. Drawing on their training and mentorship, I’ve continued to refine my leadership development and coaching approach through engagements with students at Rice, Cornell, and Texas A&M Universities, as well as with managers and senior and executive leaders at organizations such as ExxonMobil, the U.S. Naval Air Systems Command, the NFL, the WNBA, Synchrony Financial, LabCorp, Lenovo, and Kraft Heinz among others.My comprehensive approach to leadership development includes my credentials as an executive coach, professional speaker, and facilitator.
