I came from a different direction — law school, operations management, and VP-level leadership inside fast-moving companies.That combination changes how I approach every technology decision: not just \"does it work?\" but \"what are the risks, the downstream dependencies, and the organizational consequences if it doesn\'t?\" That\'s a rare lens in the Salesforce and CRM space, and it\'s the one I bring to every conversation about platform strategy, AI adoption, and technology leadership.I started my career in operations at UPS, spent nearly a decade learning how organizations actually function at the ground level, then earned a J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law. Rather than practicing law, I took that precision of thinking into business — leading sales, operations, and technology at companies like Safe Home Control (ADT) and SafeStreets USA, where I led a full CRM migration to Salesforce across Sales, Service, and Field Service.Today I serve as Senior Director of CRM Platform at Vivint, part of NRG Energy, where I lead Salesforce strategy and platform architecture for one of North America\'s largest smart home companies. I hold 8 Salesforce certifications, including AI Specialist and Data Architect.I write about CRM strategy, Salesforce leadership, AI adoption, and what it really takes to build technology that serves the business — not the other way around.
