I have always had a passion for travel, going back to when I was young, living and traveling around Europe with my parents. After graduating college, my first positions were working as a software engineer for American and United airlines, where I was able to travel around the country and Europe. I continued to work in technology most of my career. I lived and worked in Windsor England for three years, working in the travel industry as an International Product Manager for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. During that time, my wife and I traveled extensively throughout Europe, including trips to India, China and the UAE.With exception to a few business trips, all my trips have been self-planned, including personal and group trips I have planned for others. With each trip, I have worked to improve the process, making everything more efficient, including planning, packing lighter and traveling smarter.I initially designed and developed eTripCafe for my personal travels, allowing me to book anywhere and track all my trip details in one location. Additional enhancements included a better trip structure with locations and activities that could easily be reorganized while maintaining trip details. Mobile trip access provides access to all the trip details. Further enhancements have included additional integration with Google services to provide more information to travelers. There is detailed reporting, common activity grouping, activity checklists, booking priorities, trip sharing, blogging and mobile photo upload to selected activities to name a few.eTripCafe is a fully functional travel application, that no traveler should leave home without.
