With over 20 years of experience in security and business operations, I have cultivated a diverse skill set to support the growth of Syotos entities: Syotos Technology, Syotos Security (Texas), and Syotos, LLC. In my current role at Syotos Technology, I focus on fostering operational excellence while developing safety and security solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. I pride myself on collaborating with my team to navigate various stages of organizational growth. Before Syotos, I worked at Constellis as a Site Security Director for 12 years, where I managed a Security Operations Center (SOC) and security officers. In this role, I developed and implemented key security protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) essential for enhancing our overall security measures and improving response strategies. My responsibilities included training and mentoring security personnel, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a strong sense of teamwork and accountability among staff. I emphasized effective communication and conflict resolution skills, ensuring the security team was well-prepared to handle a variety of situations efficiently and professionally. Before my time at Constellis, I served as a Center Manager for Goodyear Commercial Tire Systems, where I ran a commercial tire service center with millions in inventory and service revenue. Leading the retread plant was one aspect of my role, but I was responsible for overall operations across multiple locations, helping each center achieve profitability. My leadership involved managing diverse teams, ensuring operational efficiency, overseeing inventory management, and driving service excellence. My professional journey began in the U.S. Army, where I developed a strong sense of discipline and commitment. The experiences I gained during my service shaped my perspective and approach to leadership, instilling the importance of teamwork and resilience. Outside of my professional endeavors, I am dedicated to my family and community. Following the tragic Uvalde, TX school shooting in May 2022, my actions led to going “Viral” worldwide on social media and news outlets. I utilized this platform to help spark a grassroots movement for school safety and security, ultimately contributing to the passage of Texas House Bill 3 in 2023. I actively engage in volunteering, including coaching baseball and softball, and enjoy contributing my time to local schools and community initiatives, aiming to make a positive impact wherever I can.
