As a Lead Senior Recruiter at ISS Facility Services, I have been leading and managing the talent acquisition process for one of the world\'s largest workplace experience and facility management companies. With over 25 years of experience in the human resources and recruitment field, I have developed a keen eye for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best candidates for various roles and positions across the organization.In addition to my core responsibilities as a recruiter, I also serve as the Chair of the Prism Employee Resource Group (ERG), which promotes and celebrates the diversity and inclusion of the LGBTQ+ community within ISS and its clients. I am passionate about creating a culture of respect, empowerment, and belonging for all employees, regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression. Through the Prism ERG, I have organized and participated in multiple events, initiatives, and campaigns that raise awareness, educate, and advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and its allies.
