I have spent the majority of my professional experience working on cutting edge technology in the optical telecommunications industry. My experience has spanned across multiple domains, beginning with hardware development where I led in designing and testing of optical network cards. My passion for working on end to end systems led me to the 3rd level technical support team. As a team we were tasked with providing global escalation support for the Nokia 1830 product portfolio. Currently I am part of the MSO Optical Business Development group. I work with customers across North America and help win new Optical Business for Nokia.
