To take lead responsibility for the management and development of Cambridge Ethnic Community Forum, to ensure funded projects are to target and oversee management of all staff and volunteers.To help the CECF Trustees develop policies and oversee its long term strategic direction/ business plan and fundraising strategy; to be responsible for completing funding applications as required; to ensure reports are made to funders and Trustees as required.To work with the statutory, voluntary and private sectors to influence policy, advance race equality and cohesion and develop strategic engagement with the Black and Minoritised Ethnic community sector; to work with local strategic partnerships, and local area agreement partnerships to develop work on community cohesion and sustainable communities that is appropriately inclusive of the sector.
