About Eddie Ormseth
As a Student Researcher at The Luminosity Lab, I apply my skills in ROS, C++, and Java to design and program robotic systems for various projects, such as a hexapod robot and a fresh produce vending machine. I enjoy working with a multidisciplinary team of innovators and problem-solvers, and contributing to the group in a team setting. I am also a junior in Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University, double majoring in Mathematics and Computer Science. I am deeply passionate about mathematics, and I seek opportunities to learn and grow in this field. I have completed courses in linear algebra, differential equations, discrete mathematics, and numerical analysis, and I am currently taking courses in graph theory, and partial differential equations. I also love to play tennis and even coach at a Nike tennis camp, where I teach and mentor young players.
