   Motorola Solutions is a global developer of public safety and commercial communications solutions.I direct a portfolio of digital SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) analytics-driven SmartInsight product and device management solution. As such, I am tasked with building and executing roadmaps as product manager and voice of the customer, heading matrixed teams of designers, developers, marketers, service teams, and other stakeholders on needs analysis; competitive analysis; product strategy; prioritization; UI, UX, and functionality; deployment; and change management. In addition, I lead customer research, and develop business cases and go-to-market strategy. Key achievements:Building alignment around Motorola Solutions’ transformative SmartInsight product, the company’s first device centric big data initiative, a cloud based advanced data analytics solution through collecting and analyzing millions of IoT devices field data for smarter operation decision and performance optimization. The solution was launched in 2020.Orchestrating the full SmartInsight engineering lifecycle, leading cross-functional teams on research and development, and the build of the core engine featuring MS Azure cloud integration and using Stream Analytics, Data Explorer, Machine Learning, and Tableau visualization.Developing device management product portfolio vision, strategy & roadmap for RadioCentral (cloud SaaS), Radio Management, Customer Programming Software. Managing a feature rich roadmap defined by market problems, customer pain-points, strategic initiatives & innovation. Co-architecting the Motorola Solutions Device organization’s cloud migration strategy through customer research and business analysis, and led the cloud SaaS High Availability strategy and goal definition to ensure attainment of a competitive industry advantage. Building the cybersecurity roadmap and prioritizing the security solutions for the cloud SaaS offerings in global markets.
