   Responsible for the continued growth of the student ministry program. Implemented the Beyond program that meets on Wednesday nights. This program allowed for greater opportunities for interactions with the students and leaders. We maintain a roster of 50+ students with 14 leaders. This year\'s plan is to have a greater emphasis on relationship building with the leaders and continued growth with relationships between leaders and the students. We implemented a monthly leader meeting prior to Beyond to eat, fellowship, pray, and plan for each student. We maintain a schedule of events and opportunities for interactions and relationship building. I have also taken on a greater role in managing the church budget as well as some of the church accounting responsibilities.
