Nortel Call Piolet and Polycom. • Over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology field, Director, System Administrator, Network Administrator, VIOP Administrator. • Nortel Avaya network equipment both wired and wireless. • SonicWALL Cisco, and Net gear firewalls and routers. • Windows Servers all versions 20••••19 • Microsoft Hyper-V install, support and maintenance. • I am responsible for creation and maintenance of all server shares in the AVRMC domain. • For example, backup of My Documents folder to our server, the O:\\drive, and other private and secure folders. • I am also responsible for the backup of all the servers in the AVRMC domain. • The building of all non-Meditech servers, this includes all maintenance, upgrading, backing up, and security. • I am takes care of the wired and wireless networks for AVRMC. Both the LAN and the WAN. Including Cisco, Avaya, Nortel and Net gear. • I am responsible for all SonicWALL firewall configuration and maintenance, including creating and maintaining all VPN accounts, VPN tunnels and firewall security. • I am responsible for all network and computer / server security. Remote administration for all of the above.
